Chinese

Indian/Pakistani food
Gastronomy Indian and Pakistani is based on renowned Mughlai Emperor rich cuisine, and Curry, prepared with multiple spices for the richness and aromaticity of the meals due to use of saffron, cardamom, black pepper, dry fruits and nuts, as well as rich cream, milk and butter. This has influenced the development of North Indian cuisine, Chapati, Nan (Bread) and most of the starters are grilled in tandoor (Cylindrical clay oven in which food is grilled over charcoal or Gas.)
